The Maryland School Psychologists' Association is a membership organization of over 600 individuals.
The purpose of MSPA is to advance
school psychology as a profession and as a science in order to promote
the learning of all Maryland school children.
To this end, MSPA sponsors and
promotes studies and professional development in the field of school
psychology and encourages legislation which enhances the learning and
development of all Maryland school children
